# 3D Model Order

When using 3D templates for Feature Creation, if you’d like to use your own 3D model resources, you can initiate a **3D Model Order**. Our internal team will handle it according to the platform's production specifications and requirements to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.

## 📒3D Model Order - Service Description

Dear Customer, we offer a professional 3D model resource conversion service designed to help adapt your existing 3D models to our platform projects and ensure optimal performance on the platform.

### **1. Service Content**

* **Model Evaluation:** We begin by thoroughly evaluating your 3D model resources, including model complexity, materials, and textures, to determine the best conversion strategy.
* **Format Conversion:** Based on your needs and platform compatibility requirements, we will convert the 3D model resources to the most suitable format.
* **Model Optimization:** To ensure smooth performance on the platform, we will optimize the model, including reducing polygon count, skinning and rigging, and resizing textures.
* **Compatibility Testing:** The converted model will undergo rigorous compatibility testing to ensure it runs smoothly across different devices and operating systems.

### **2. Service Rules**

* **Submission Requirements:** Clients must provide the complete 3D model and texture files or 3D source files.
* **Copyright Declaration:** Clients must guarantee that the submitted 3D model resources have legal usage rights and copyright. We are not responsible for any legal issues related to copyright.
* **Service Fee:** The adaptation fee for a single 3D model is 2,000 points or $40.00. Points will be deducted upon work order submission (if the order is withdrawn or rejected, the points will be refunded). The balance will be deducted upon order delivery.
* **Delivery Time:** Delivery time for model conversion services will depend on model complexity and workload. We will provide an estimated completion time after evaluation.
* **Service Termination:** Before a work order is accepted by us, clients may withdraw the order on the "3D Model Order" page to terminate the service. Orders may also be rejected due to model resource issues. Once a work order is accepted, the service cannot be terminated.
