Authorization of Advertising Accounts and Apply Materials to Advertising Platforms

You can authorize your advertising accounts on the Playturbo platform. By authorizing an advertising account, you will be able to send trial/playable and video materials for ad placement within the authorized account. Additionally, you can analyze the data of the materials you have placed in subsequent data analysis.
📒Authorization of Advertising Accounts
1.Entrance
Left navigation bar - "Common Settings" - "Authorization Management"
👉Currently, authorization is available for Mintegral & Unity & Applovin & IronSource & XMP advertising platforms. More advertising platforms will be supported for authorization in the future.

2.How to Authorize
1)Click the "+ Authorize" button in the upper right corner.
2)Select the platform first.
For Mintegral accounts: Enter the account email, API Key, and Access Key of the main account and select the data range.
Tip: Click [Account Info] to quickly fill in the Mintegtal account info corresponding to the Playturbo account (Make sure the Playturbo account email matches the Mintegtal account email to ensure proper authorization. If they don’t match, you'll need to manually obtain the required info from Mintegtal, as outlined in the second section.)

For Unity accounts: Enter the account email, Secret Key, Key ID, Org ID, Org Core ID and select the data range.
For Applovin accounts: Enter the account、Report Key、Client ID、Client Secret and select the data range.
For IronSource accounts: Enter the account、Secret Key、Refresh Token and select the data range.
For Xmp: Enter Client ID、Client Secret and select the data range.
3)Ensure that the information is entered correctly, check the box for "Read and accepted the Authorization Agreement," and then click the "Authorize" button.

⭐Supplement:Authorization of Mintegral Sub-Accounts
For successfully authorized Mintegral main accounts, you can authorize sub-accounts under the main account. This allows materials to be pushed to the sub-account.

Click the "Sub-Account Management" button to authorize or revoke authorization for all sub-accounts under the main account.

3.Multiple Playturbo Accounts Authorized to the Same Ad Account
When multiple Playturbo accounts need to be authorized to the same ad account, you can use the "Assist Account Management" feature.
1)First, follow the authorization steps to authorize the ad account. Then, click on "Assist Account Management" under that ad account.

2)A popup will appear showing the Playturbo accounts that have already been set as "Assist Accounts." You can remove these if needed.
3)To add a new account, click the "Add Assist Account" button, accurately enter the name of the other Playturbo account, and click "Confirm."
4)After the setup is complete, the Playturbo accounts set as "Assist Accounts" can apply materials to the ad account and use the "Creative Insights" module features.

4.Other Considerations
Authorized accounts can cancel the permission to send materials and retrieve placement data by selecting "Revoke Authorization."
If an account's status is "Authorization Failed," you can try authorizing it again by entering the relevant information.
Only one main Mintegral account can be authorized at a time. Once authorized, it cannot be canceled within 30 days.

📒How To acquire the authorization information
1.Mintegral
Login to the Mintegral platform and go to the "Account Management" > "Basic Information" page to obtain the necessary email, Access Key, and API Key.

2.Unity
1)Login to your Unity account.
Your account refers to the email address used to access the Unity dashboard.

2)Organization ID & Org Core ID
Go to the Dashboard and navigate to Growth > Settings. Copy the Organization ID and Org Core ID into the corresponding fields.
Note: If the Organization ID is not fully visible, double-click it to select and copy the entire string.

3)API Key
Click on API Management, then copy your API Key.

4)Retrieve Secret Key & Key ID
Go to Growth > API Management > Service account to access the Service Accounts page.
If your Unity account does not display the "Service Account" option, you’ll need to request API access from your Unity AM.

① Create a Service Account
Click Create service account, enter a name and description for the API key in the popup window, and click Create.

② Set API Permissions
After creating the service account, click the account name to enter the edit page.

Click +Add organization role to configure API permissions. All 10 permissions under Growth should be selected.
If you don’t see all 10 permissions, try the following steps:
Ensure the account you’re using to authorize XMP has the Owner role. Only Owner roles typically have access to all 10 permissions.
If you are the Owner but still cannot see all 10 permissions, please contact your Unity AM to enable them.

③ Create Key and copy Key ID & Secret Key
Once API permissions are configured, return to the Service Account settings page. Under the Keys section, click Create new key.

In the popup window, copy the Key ID and Secret Key for future use.

At this point, the required information for authorizing the Unity channel has been collected.
After entering the relevant information in Playturbo, simply click 'Authorize' to complete the process.
3.AppLovin
1)Log in to the Applovin Dashboard. The relevant information to obtain includes: Report Key, Client ID, and Client Secret.
2)Click on Account>Keys, to access the Keys page. Copy and get the Report Key.

3)Click on "Account" and then select "OAuth Applications." Click on "Create New" to create a new app.

4)In the "Create OAuth Application" form, fill in the "Application Name" and then proceed to edit the permissions.

5)Scroll to the bottom of the page to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret.

4.ironSource
1)Click here, enter your account and password, and log in to ironSource.
2)Find your Secret Key and Refresh Token under the API Tab

5.Xmp
1)On the Xmp platform, click on 'API Token Management'
2)Click 'Add New' -> Create a name -> Select 'All' for callable APIs -> Confirm
3)Copy the Client ID and Client Secret
📒Apply Materials to Advertising Platforms
NOTE:Only Mintegral/Unity/Applovin/IronSource/Xmp are supported for now (more Platforms will be integrated in the future). It is only possible to apply to ad accounts that are already linked to these platforms.
1.Apply Playable Materials
1)Click the "Apply" button on the preview page to open the apply pop-up window.

2)Select the platform and complete the corresponding account authorization.
3)Application logic for different platforms:
Mintegral: Select a sub-account under the main account to apply to that sub-account.(🌟If you select only the main account, the material will only be visible and accessible to the main account. If you select a sub-account under the main account, both the sub-account and the main account can see and use the material.)
Unity: Select a product under the account.
Applovin: Select a creative set under the account.
Ironsource: Select a product under the account (Note: There is about a 2-hour delay for applying playable materials to Ironsource, please be patient).
Xmp: Select a folder under the account.
4)If the material exceeds the package size, use "Smart Compression" or "Custom Compression" to ensure the package size is within the required specifications.
5)Click the "Apply" button to complete the application.

2.Apply Video Materials
1)In the "Export & Download History" >>> "Video Projects" >>> "Export Tasks" or "Works" page, you can operate "Apply" to open the apply pop-up window.

2)You can modify the creative name.

3)Select the platform and complete the corresponding account authorization.
4)Application logic for different platforms:
Mintegral: Select a sub-account under the main account to apply to that sub-account.(🌟If you select only the main account, the material will only be visible and accessible to the main account. If you select a sub-account under the main account, both the sub-account and the main account can see and use the material.)
Unity: Select a product under the account.
Applovin: Select a product under the account.
Ironsource: Select a creative group under the account.
Xmp: Select a folder under the account.
5)Click the "Apply" button to complete the application.

Note: There is no charge for applying video materials; the deduction of video exports has already been taken into account during the export process.
