Hovering over the avatar in the top right corner allows you to quickly view the total amount and remaining balance of packages and AI services, as well as the expiration date.
Entering the Account Management module provides detailed information about your account.
Click on My Account inside the floating window or Account Management - Basic Information in the left navigation bar to access the account information editing interface.
You can modify basic account information, such as phone number, company name, country, and CC email addresses.
Multiple CC email addresses can be added to receive notifications from Playturbo.
Fill in the Current Password and New Password to change your account password.
π‘ If you encounter a "wrong password" message when logging in:
Please confirm that the password you entered is correct;
You may contact your company's operations team to confirm if the password for the Mintegral platform has been changed, as this will also affect the Playturbo password (make sure that the reset account on the Mintegral platform matches exactly with the Playturbo account);
If you're still unable to log in, please contact your AM for assistance in resetting the password.
π‘ Playturbo does not limit the number of devices that can log in, but there is a restriction on "simultaneous online users" (based on the package contents). If you are unable to log in from different devices, please first check the number of "simultaneous online users." If there are no issues, try refreshing and manually entering your account credentials again.
The Billing Management page is used to display the monthly billing consumption and corresponding details for users of the "TopUp/CPM Billing/Rev Share" package type. It is divided into two modules: Monthly Bill Overview and Billing Records.
The monthly bill overview shows the current account balance and the monthly billing fees, as well as the payment status.
Each record represents the monthly billing fees and records the billing amount, amount paid, amount owed, and status.
Clicking the Monthly Bill Details button will redirect you to the details page, which records daily deduction details by date.
The Billing Records page displays the advertising data and detailed costs for each material on a daily basis.
The Usage Details page is divided into two modules: Package Usage and Cost Consumption.
The Package Usage page records the details of playable push/download counts and point consumption within the "Subscription Package."
At the top of the page, it displays:
The remaining playable download/push counts in the current package and any add-on packages.
The remaining points in the current package and any add-on packages (points are consumed each time AI features like Video AI Removal, Speaker Recognition, AI Scene Splitting, Voice Cloning, or Video Export are used).
At the bottom of the page, it presents details of each point consumption and the daily deductions for playable download/push counts.

The Cost Consumption page records the balance and deduction details within the "TopUp/CPM Billing/Rev Share" package type.
At the top of the cost consumption page, the current balance in the account is displayed.
The deduction details provide an overview of each material's costs, reflecting the total expense for each material.
Billing methods are categorized as spend and CPM, determined by the package, with charges based on advertising consumption and material display counts, respectively.
The billing quantity corresponds to the relevant advertising consumption or material display count.
