Asset Replacement Issues

A: The product information needs to be replaced by uploading your own assets. It will not automatically correspond to the offer. (Applies to both Feature Creation and Content Creation.)
A: The image size requirement applies to all templates, including both Feature Changer and Content Editor, where images should be below 1MB. Considering the package size limitations, it is advisable not to use excessively large images, as they would still need to be compressed if they exceed the package size limit.
A: Since all channels impose restrictions on package size, we recommend avoiding oversized assets during production to prevent forced compression or unnecessary rework.
Suggested solutions:
If the original image is clear and detailed → If replacing the asset in Feature Creation results in a blurry appearance, you can Copy to Content Editor and replace the image there. (For background images, try adding them under "Scene" instead of uploading them to "Global Settings" → Background Image.)
b. Alternatively, keep all images you suspect are blurry under 1MB. If the exported file exceeds the package limit, use the [Smart Compression] feature to compress the entire package.
c. Or convert the image to JPG format, then Copy to Content Editor and replace it there. (PNG files are generally larger than JPGs at the same resolution.)
A: The format of the template slots cannot be changed. To replace it with a static image, you can package multiple identical images into a sequence frame format and upload them as replacements. For example, if the slot requires 10 frames, you need to locally package at least 10 identical images.
A: When replacing image assets, such as those related to the background, with the label "Background map"
It is recommended to use suitable images for backgrounds, such as solid color images, blurred images, or images that are unaffected by stretching.
It is not recommended to use images closely related to core gameplay or images that feature prominent characters as background images.
This is because the background image primarily serves as a fallback for layout adaptation in both portrait and landscape orientations, ensuring full-screen coverage without white or black borders. Therefore, the requirements for background image dimensions are often larger than regular layers. If your background image has smaller dimensions or the main subject occupies a significant portion, it may be stretched and distorted, resulting in imperfect adaptation or incomplete display.
If you still wish to use such images as backgrounds, it is suggested to:
Pre-process the image externally: Adjust the image size and decrease the prominence of the main subject. Then, proceed with the replacement within the project.
If "General Creation" does not meet your requirements, it is recommended to Copy the project to Content Editor and perform precise editing within Content Editor, adjusting the size and position of the image accordingly.
A: This error most likely occurs when you transfer a project saved as a template in the Content Editor to the "Feature Changer." The issue is typically caused by certain layer names being too long, as the asset slot names in Feature Changer need to be kept within 100 characters. Simply shorten the name at the asset slot to resolve this.
If the original image is not clear enough → re-export: a. When exporting PNGs, avoid using quick export. Choose the highest quality settings. After exporting high-quality, large-size images, use a compression tool like to bring the file size back within limits.
