# Preview Area

## <mark style="color:blue;">📒Canvas Preview</mark>

The Preview Area is the core area of the Video to Playable for viewing and testing the editing effects. Its main features include:

1. **Real-time Preview & Quick Adjustments:** You can see the effects of your edits in real-time, including global effects in \[Global Settings] and the compositing effects of all resources in the Track Area (video/audio/images/text). You can also quickly adjust the position and size of resources like video, images, and text.
2. **Switchable Preview for Landscape and Portrait Modes:** Supports switching between landscape and portrait mode previews to adapt to different playback scenarios.
3. **Switchable Preview for Multi-language:** Supports preview switching for multiple language versions, making it easier to create multi-language interactive videos.
4. **Guidelines to Assist in Production:** 👉[Canvas ruler and reference line](/playable-tools-content-editor/content-editor-user-guide/editing-page-module-intro/work-preview-area/canvas-ruler-and-reference-line.md)

To preview the interactive effects of the video, click the "Preview" button in the upper right of the editing page to be redirected to the preview page for a complete trial.

* To avoid losing edits due to unexpected situations (such as network disconnections or page refreshes), it is recommended to click "Save" after completing each section of work.
* <mark style="color:red;">After completion, it is highly recommended to repeatedly switch between</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">**different devices, languages, and landscape/portrait modes**</mark> <mark style="color:red;"></mark><mark style="color:red;">for previews to ensure the material is correct.</mark>
* For the function intro of the \[Preview], it is basically the same as the Content Editor. You can directly jump to refer 👉 [Preview](/playable-tools-content-editor/content-editor-user-guide/editing-page-module-intro/project-operation-area/preview.md)
