# Work Production - New Creation Guide

## <mark style="color:blue;">💡About Layout Template</mark>

Layout templates are predefined frameworks used to fix the position and structure of various elements in a video during the design and production process. Layout templates help maintain the visual consistency, aesthetics, and professionalism of the video, **particularly useful when producing content in bulk.**&#x20;

**Layout templates are suitable when the main video has been largely edited** and only requires replacing layout elements (such as logo, CTA button, background image) using the template. Further batch production requirements include material Batch Production, video Size Adaption, and Multi-language Adaption.&#x20;

## <mark style="color:blue;">💡Create a New Layout Template Project</mark>

Select a suitable layout template, choose the desired variation ratio and language, and create a layout template project.

### 1.Select a Layout Template

* Click on "Layout Template" under the Creative Toolbox on the homepage or "Layout Template" in the menu's Templates to access the layout template list.

* Find or filter the appropriate layout template based on the main video orientation, template name, or the number of materials to be uploaded.

### 2.Create a Project

* Select a template and click on "Use".
* In the pop-up window, enter the project name, select the export ratio and target language, then complete the project creation.&#x20;
  * <mark style="color:red;">Ratios and languages can also be added, modified, or deleted during the creation process.</mark>
* You can choose multiple target ratios and languages during this process.

**💡 Note:** The created project will be located in My Projects >>> Video Projects >>> Video Editor List.
