Mintegral Creative Operation Guide
💡Concept Description
Creative Set: Similar to folders. Creatives are organized into creative sets based on UA needs, making it easier to manage them by themes, gameplay, language, etc.
Programmatic Creative: The method of the system automatically filters high-quality creatives, conducts creative optimization combinations, and generates ads.
Customized Creative: The method of advertisers specifying creative combinations and generating ads.
*Tips: To use the [Custom Creative Set] feature, you need to contact your account manager to request permission.
Ad: Such as a combination of video, image, and playable, is considered one ad. The system will automatically match the available ad based on the creatives you uploaded. The Ad name is automatically generated based on the creative set name and creative names, with the default generation rule being: <Creative Set Name>_<Video Name>_<Image Creative Name>_<Playable Name>.
Creative: Image, Videos, HTML (Playable and Dynamic Endcard).
💡Associate Playable Creative
1.Apply Creative to Mintegral
After completing the creation of playable creatives, click "Apply" to apply your creative to the Mintegral platform.
*For apply steps, please refer to: Feature Changer - Download & Apply, Content Editor - Download & Apply.
Note: Currently, once the creatives are applied, the creative names on Mintegral cannot be modified. It is recommended to modify the names in Playturbo before applying.

2.Associate Playable Creative on Mintegral
There are two ways to associate playable creative with Mintegral:
● Add playable creative to an existing Creative Set under the Offer (this method isrecommended).
● Associate the creatives with the Creative Set, and associate the Creative Set with the Offer.
⚠️A single package name (advertisement) can have multiple Offers. Please remember to associate the playable creatives with all Offers.
⚠️iOS creatives can only be associated with iOS Offers, and Android creatives can only be associated with Android Offers.
2-1)Add playable creative to an existing Creative Set under the Offer
1)At "Offer List" inerface, you can filter for a specific "advertisement" to find all associated Offers.

2)Click the "Edit" button and select "4. Upload Creatives" to view all creative set associated with the Offer.
Note: If there are more than 50 creatives in a creative set, you need to delete some old creative before associating new playable creative.

3)Click 「Edit」button again and choose 「Add Existing Creatives」in the interface

4)In the pop-up window, select the playable creative you want to add to the creative set and click "Apply" (the creative set must include video and image creative).

⚠️Remember to check "Video & Playable" under Ad Output.

5)Repeat this process on all creative sets under all Offers, then can apply the playable creative to that package name of all Offer.
Note: You need to complete the creative apply in Playturbo before you can find the playable creatives created in Playturbo on the "Add Existing Creatives" page.
2-2) Associate the creative with a creative set, and then associate the creative set with the Offer
1)In the 「Manage Creative 」page, filter for the Offer to find all creative sets associated with the Offer.

2)Click Edit button and pop up 「Creative Set」

3) In the pop up window, click 「Add Existing Creatives」in the 「Playable Creatives」

4)In the pop-up window, select the playable creative you want to add to the creative set and click "Apply" (the creative set must include video and image creative) .

⚠️Remember to check "Video & Playable" under Ad Output.

5)Repeat this process on all creative sets under all Offers, then can apply the playable creative to that package name of all Offer.
Note: You need to complete the creative apply in Playturbo before you can find the playable creatives created in Playturbo on the "Add Existing Creatives" page.
3.View Playable Creative Review Status
Viewing the review status of playable creatives is not currently supported. However, you can view the review status of creative set. For more details, refer to 5.Creative Set Review
4.Please Note: New playable material delivery results are not good?
Background: Currently, some users have uploaded videos and playable materials in custom Creative Set without uploading large images, resulting in poor delivery results for newly uploaded playable materials.
How to solve: When you find this question, you can perform the following operations for inspection, and you need to confirm whether a large image with a size of 1200X627 is associated with the delivery when creating a custom Creative Set.
Here are the specific steps:
A. If the custom Creative Set is already set up but missing the large image (remedial version):
1)After logging into the system, click on "Manage Creative" and search for the corresponding advertising unit name. "Edit" the existing Creative Set.

2)Select "Add Existing Creatives" and choose the material type as "Image" with dimensions of "1200x627." After selecting one, proceed to upload.
After the selection is complete, the creative type for delivery will automatically update (i.e., "Video&Playable" will be automatically selected). It is recommended to double-check if it has been selected. Finally, click Submit.



B. Preparing to set up a custom Creative Set (operational guide version):
1)After logging into the system, click on "Manage Creative" and click on "Upload Creative Set."

2)Select "Add Existing Creatives." When uploading, in addition to selecting "Video" and "Playable," remember to also select "Image" (with dimensions of 1200x627).


3)After the upload is complete, confirm if the creative type for delivery, "Video&Playable," has been automatically selected.

1)Select the Combination Method of Creative Set
Programmatic Creative Set:The system automatically chooses and produces ads that can be used. Support uploading multiple creatives.
Customized Creative Set:The advertiser needs to manually choose the combination of ads. Only support uploading 1 creative for each creative type (image, video, playable).
*Up to 10 creative sets can be created for 1 offer.

2)Fill in the Creative Set Name
Naming requirements:
The name can only contain letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores, and should be within 50 characters in length.
Creative sets with the same name are not allowed in the same offer.
3)Upload Image & Video Creatives
Ad Output, Ad Type, Creative & Dimention Correspondence Chart

4)Upload Playable
Playable Format: supports URL, ZIP
Playable Form: supports playable & dynamic endcard

5)Select Ad Output
Upon uploading videos, images, and playable creatives, the system will automatically generate and tick Ad outputs (If you want to exclude a specific creative type, you can manually deselect it.)
If an uploaded creative does not meet certain requirements, the system will not automatically select it and will prompt for the missing creative types and dimensions.

When there are creatives that meet the requirements of certain Ad outputs, you can click on "👀" to preview.
Under the scenario of customized creative set, you can modify the "Ad Name" on the preview page (programmatic creative set do not support this)

✨Tips
The Ad name will be automatically generated based on the creative set name and creative name. The default generation rule is: <creative set name>_<video name>_<image name>_<playable name>, with a length limit of 200 characters. If it exceeds the length limit, the system will automatically truncate it, which may affect your data viewing on the Mintegral/MMP/BI dashboard.
After uploading creatives to the creative set, the system will automatically select the ad outputs that can be deployed. If you do not want to deploy certain ad outputs, please remember to manually deselect them.
2.Edit Creative Set
a. User Acquisition--> Offer List--> Edit Offer--> Upload Creatives--> Edit

b. User Acquisition--> Manage Creative--> Edit

Tips: Editing creative sets does not support modifying the combination method of the creative set. For example, if it was originally a programmatic creative set, it cannot be modified to a customized creative set.
3.Copy Creative Set
a. User Acquisition--> Offer List --> Edit Offer--> Upload Creatives--> Add Existing Creative Set

b. User Acquisition--> Manage Creative --> Manually Check the Creative Sets that need to be copied --> Copy Creative Set

Tips: Creative Sets can only be launched in offer-targeted locations. When selecting the locations for the creative set, please make sure it could match the targetting locations of the offer.
4.Delete Creative Set
a. User Acquisition--> Offer List --> Edit Offer --> Upload Creatives --> Delete (This will also delete the creative set in the Manage Creative page)

b. User Acquisition--> Manage Creative --> Manually Tick the Creative Sets that need to be deleted --> Delete Creative Set (This will also delete the creative set in the related offer)

Tips:If Deleting a/some creative set(s) will result in associated offer(s) being unable to be delivered properly in certain ad type(s) in some region(s) due to missing creatives, the system will automatically prompt and guide you to firstly cancel targeting in regions as follows where there are missing creatives, then to delete creative set(s).

5.Creative Set Review
1)Creative sets are only reviewed after being applied to offers. If they are only uploaded in "Manage Creative" Page without being applied to the corresponding offers, they will not be reviewed.
2)Whether an offer can be delivered depends on if there is/are approved ad(s).
3)The review status is presented on the basis of creative set, with the following specific meanings:
Active:The creative set has available ads (at least one ad has been approved)
Pending:There are no available ads in the creative set, and some creatives are under review
Rejected:If all creatives/ads in the creative set are rejected, the creative set will be rejected (unable to form any available ads), and the specific rejection reasons will be listed. If there are multiple different rejection reasons, they will be displayed on multiple lines.

💡Operations of Creative
The creatives applyed from Playturbo to Mintegral will be stored in the "Manage Creative" - "Creative" page of Mintegral.
Images, videos, and playable creatives are all displayed in this list, and thumbnail previews are available.

1.Upload New Creatives
User Acquisition--> Manage Creative --> Creative -> Upload New Creatives

2.Apply Creative to Creative Sets
User Acquisition--> Manage Creative--> Creative--> Choose Creative name-->Apply to Creative Sets
To apply creatives to Creative Sets, select the creatives and click "Apply to Creative Sets" or use the "Apply to Creative Sets" function for individual creatives.
In the pop-up window, enter the Store ID and click "Search."
Select all Creative Sets and click "Submit." (If there are multiple pages, remember to switch pages to ensure all Creative Sets are selected.)


3.Rename Creative
If the creative has not been applied to a Creative Set, it is possible to rename the creative.

4.Remove Creative from Creative Sets
User Acquisition--> Manage Creative--> Creative--> Choose Creative name--> Remove or Delete Creative--> Remove Creative
To remove creatives, select the creatives and click "Remove or Delete Creative" - "Remove Creative " or use the "Remove" function for individual creatives.
In the pop-up window, select the Creative Sets and confirm. This will remove the creatives from the Creative Sets where they were applied.


PLEASE NOTE:
"Remove Creative" means disassociating the creative from the creative set, but the creative will still exist in the creative library.
"Remove Creative" may result in a lack of required creatives in the creative set, thus affecting the normal delivery of the offer.
5.Delete Creative from Creative Sets
User Acquisition--> Manage Creative--> Creative--> Choose Creative name--> Remove or Delete Creative--> Delete Creative
To delete creatives, select the creatives and click "Remove or Delete Creative" - "Delete Creative " or use the "Delete" function for individual creatives. This will permanently delete the creatives from your account.

PLEASE NOTE:
"Delete Creative" means completely deleting the creative from the account, and at the same time, the relationship between the creative and the creative set will be removed.
"Delete Creative" may result in a lack of required creatives in the creative set, thus affecting the normal delivery of the offer.
⭐Special Note: Logic for Determining Playable Types in the Mintegral Channel
Currently, playable projects created through Blank Canvas are classified by the Mintegral platform as follows: if the number of scenes is greater than 2, they are deemed Playable (PL) type materials; if the number of scenes is less than or equal to 2, they are classified as Endcard (EC) type materials (playable templates are usually PL type). If your playable project has 2 or fewer scenes but you want it to be recognized as PL by the Mintegral platform, here are the steps:
Create a new blank scene based on the existing scenes in your project.
Place this new scene after all other scenes; no further action is needed—just ensure that the total number of scenes exceeds 2.
