# Layout Template - User Guide

Recommended workflow for using the layout template：

### <mark style="color:blue;">STEP 1: Assets Upload</mark>

After creating a new project, upload videos, images, text, and other materials to their corresponding placeholders based on the layout template structure.

Multiple materials can be uploaded to single-type placeholders, and the system will automatically batch combine them. Add as needed according to your requirements.&#x20;

### <mark style="color:blue;">STEP 2: AI Removal</mark>&#x20;

For the main video that has been uploaded, efficiently remove specific elements (such as text, subtitles, watermarks, or logos) using the AI removal feature.&#x20;

### <mark style="color:blue;">STEP 3: Size Adaption</mark>

After uploading all the materials, adjust the variation size at the indicated positions (support deletion and addition).

Click to switch between different sizes and preview the corresponding effects above.&#x20;

### <mark style="color:blue;">STEP 4: Multi-language Adaption</mark>&#x20;

Click "Next" to select the materials for translation and the desired languages for variation. Quickly complete the translation of the video and export multiple language versions in one batch.&#x20;

### <mark style="color:blue;">STEP 5: Export</mark>&#x20;

Once the Assets Upload, Material Combination, Size Adaption, and Multi-language Adaption are completed, you can proceed with the export. Select the desired size, language, resolution, and bitrate, then click on "Export".

The number of videos that can be exported in bulk = **Number of material combinations added on the material upload page** \* **Number of project ratios** \* **Number of project languages**.
