# Scene

Entrance：Scene Area>>>Scene (It can also be called general scene)

## <mark style="color:blue;">Scene Intro</mark>

After expanding the general scene, multiple scene thumbnails will be displayed.<mark style="color:red;">Any content added or modified within a general scene only affects the current scene.</mark>

## <mark style="color:blue;">Scene Operation</mark>

### 1.Add a scene <a href="#ed9kn" id="ed9kn"></a>

#### **1)Method 1**

* Click on the "+" button on the right side of the scene panel
* A new scene will be added after the current scene
* The default scene name is "New\_scene", which is editable

#### **2)Method 2**

* Click to select any scene thumbnail
* Right-click
* Click "Create new Scene" in the popup, and a new scene will be added after the current scene

### 2.Copy a scene

* Click to select any scene thumbnail
* Right-click
* Click the "Duplicate the Scene" button in the popup, and a new scene will be copied after the current scene
* The new scene name defaults to "ORIGINAL NAME\_copy", which is editable

### 3.Edit the scene name

#### **1)Method 1**

* Move the mouse to the scene name area, and the "small pencil" icon will appear
* Click the "small pencil" icon to change the name

#### **2)Method 2**

* Click to select the thumbnail of the scene whose name needs to be changed
* Double-click the scene name to change the name

#### **3)Method 3**

* Click to select the thumbnail of the scene whose name needs to be changed
* Right-click
* Click the "Rename" button in the popup to change the name

### 4.Delete a scene

* Click to select the thumbnail of the scene you want to delete
* Right-click
* Click the "Delete scene" button, and a popup to confirm the deletion will appear
* Click the "Confirm" button, the selected scene will be deleted
* When deleted by mistake, you can undo the operation by pressing "Ctrl+Z" or "Undo button"

## <mark style="color:blue;">Recommendations for scene division</mark>

At the beginning of production, it is recommended to plan in advance how many scenes need to be produced and what is the task of each scene.

Generally, we recommend the following:

* Fixed Steps: Use one scene for each step in a sequential process.
* Allow Flexibility: Dedicate one scene to the core gameplay experience while having a separate scene for the end page.
