Account Settings
Hover over the avatar in the top-right corner to quickly view your plan details, total and remaining AI service credits, and expiration date. Go to the Account Settings section to configure your account settings.

📒Profile
You can modify basic account information, such as phone number, company name, country, and CC email addresses.
Multiple CC email addresses can be added to receive notifications from Playturbo.

📒Campaigns
Stores all previously linked product information.
Click a product name to edit its details.
Supports adding, deleting, and refreshing products.

📒Ad Account Auth
Authorization of Advertising Accounts and Apply Materials to Advertising Platforms
📒Password
Fill in the Current Password and New Password to change your account password.

💡 If you encounter a "wrong password" message when logging in:
First, double‑check that you’ve entered the correct password.
Alternatively, contact your company's operations team to confirm if the password for the Mintegral platform has been changed, as this will also affect the Playturbo password (make sure that the reset account on the Mintegral platform matches exactly with the Playturbo account);
If you still can’t log in, you can reset the password via the email address linked to your account.

💡 Playturbo does not limit the number of devices that can log in, but there is a restriction on "simultaneous online users" (based on the package contents). If you are unable to log in from different devices, please first check the number of "simultaneous online users." If there are no issues, try refreshing and manually entering your account credentials again.
