Account Settings
Hover over the avatar in the top-right corner to quickly view your plan details, total and remaining AI service credits, and expiration date.
Go to the Account Settings section to configure your account settings.

1.Profile
You can modify basic account information, such as phone number, company name, country, and CC email addresses.
Multiple CC email addresses can be added to receive notifications from Playturbo.

Ad Account Authorization and Playable Push
3.PL Tracking Management
Feature Changer: 4.PL Tracking Management
Content Editor: 5.PL Tracking Management
4.Password
Fill in the Current Password and New Password to change your account password.

π‘ If you encounter a "wrong password" message when logging in:
First, doubleβcheck that youβve entered the correct password.
Alternatively, contact your company's operations team to confirm if the password for the Mintegral platform has been changed, as this will also affect the Playturbo password (make sure that the reset account on the Mintegral platform matches exactly with the Playturbo account);
If you still canβt log in, you can reset the password via the email address linked to your account.

π‘ Playturbo does not limit the number of devices that can be used to log in. The only restriction is on the number of concurrent online users, which depends on your subscription plan.
If you encounter login issues when signing in from different devices, please first check whether the maximum number of concurrent online users has been reached. You may also try resetting your password and logging in again.
If the issue persists, please contact your Account Manager for further assistance.
